If you are a football player who wants to take their skills, fitness and nutrition to the next level, then this is the app for you.

Eric’s understanding of both strength/conditioning and nutrition is one of a kind and the ability he has to apply it to such a specific population further exemplifies his expertise. As a physical therapist I understand that every sport has specific demands and the body must be trained according to those demands which is exactly what you get with this app.

There’s also the personal experience Eric has playing football and his innate ability to relate to his clients. Eric understands that if you want to be the best then you have to work harder then everyone else.

I was actually surprised to see how attentive to detail this app was. I am new to the fútbol world and this honestly was overwhelming with so much content inside of here. With an app like this from someone who has years of experience, so they know what they are talking about, this can transcend anyones game. I love it targets all skill levels, while providing guidance on how to get to that next level. Furthermore, the fact it has advice from some of the pros, thats huge! It made me want to start attacking even more with the guidance of the mental toughness aspect as well.
